The 1st plot is located at the south western end of the Chateauneuf-du-Pape appellation on a mountainside facing south. The ground is silty-clayey-limestone and covered with pebbles. The wines obtained are very fruity, elegant all in smoothness.
For the second plot, it is necessary to cross the Rhone because it is located on the commune of Roquemaure in Gard. The ground is silty-clayey. It is perfectly appropriated to make fruity and elegant red and/or rose wines.
Côtes du Rhône : 0 ha 47 a 88 ca Number of plots: 1
The plot is located on the commune of Courthezon in the district of Husson north. The soil is clayey-silt.
Chateauneuf-du-Pape : 13 ha 43 a 05 ca Number of plots: 24 Average age of the vineyard : 45 ans
The whole of our plots is disseminated on the totality of the surface of the appellation, which allows us to have the various soils and to produce rich and varied wines bringing each one a different complexity. However one characteristics of our domain is a small place of approximately 4 ha on the plate named "Terres Blanches" located at the north of the appellation. Ground clayey-limestone is covered there with a thick layer of rolled pebbles. This plate is the highest point of Chateauneuf-du-Pape, so it is always well shone upon and drained by the Mistral which supports grapes maturity and avoids the development of diseases.
St EXUPERY said :"Nous n'héritons pas de la terre de nos parents, nous l'empruntons à nos enfants"
In order to respect our convictions and our environment, we are planning to convert our estate into Reasoned Agriculture. That will enable us to combine at the same time the traditional techniques of our forefathers and the modern techniques with only one goal: having a respectful agriculture towards the environment without decreasing the quality of our WINES.
